Over rated- There is such a thing as "too thin" even for a Napoletana-style pizza. My toppings were slopped all the way to one side of the pizza instead of evenly across the pie- "a bit in every bite"- philosophy. My crust disintegrated into the mush that was my toppings. Tasted good with a beer.
We wander the wilds of Seattle in search of that utimate slice. In trying to be scientific we have come up with a ratio system - you can pick to go wherever they make pizza in your style; we don't pretend that we like it the way you do!
